In the district Prinsenhof (Voorburg, NL), designed in the sixties by ir. W. de Bruin, four blocks are added. These new blocks are situated along the main entrances of the district. In the design we looked for an association with the existing modern architecture. Based on the Esprit Nouveau from le Corbusier, all the apartments have an outdoor space over two floors. This loggia can be closed in the winter with a transparent roll screen, creating a space usable all year round.
