This apartment complex is positioned on a triangular plot on the edge of a park. The volume is lifted, to maintain the access to the park on ground floor level. By creating a full glass facade on the outside, an optimal relation between the apartments and the park is realised. All the apartments have a loggia in the outer facade, that supports an efficient climate control.
