Hyper Active Urbanite, the small version

 

Within our global cities the amount of single households is increasing.

The design offers a compact, not expensive, easy to keep housing unit,

together with qualitative urban facilities for the young urbanites to enjoy,

within the core of a city centre. The complex gives a new definition to housing.
